Boeing agreed to provide technical support as Ghana plans a new airline. Its fleet, financing, and launch date are undecided, and no Boeing aircraft sale is confirmed, so the story does not change Boeing's outlook.
This gives Boeing a place in Ghana's planning, but it does not name a Boeing aircraft sale or explain any payment to Boeing. Ghana's fleet, financing, and launch date are still undecided, so the business change for Boeing is not established.
